The House Account

Five percent of every order is returned to you as credit, to be used toward the next. There is nothing to join: your House Account opens with your first order, and your balance is kept with your customer account.

Of every order

Credit is added to your account as soon as each order is paid, and each credit is kept for twelve months from the day it is added. Your balance is shown in your account whenever you are signed in, and it will be waiting at checkout, under Payment.

Before each release

You will see each vintage edit and one-of-one piece a day before it is released, and the Black Friday code is sent to you two days before it is announced.

By invitation

Our closest clients are invited personally to our launches and trunk shows.

The details

  • Credit is earned on orders placed on our site, through the Shop app, and with us in person when the order is placed in your name. It is 5% of what is paid for the pieces, after any discount and before shipping and tax. A gift card earns credit when it is spent, not when it is bought.
  • A House Account earns up to $1,000 in credit each calendar year.
  • Should an order be returned, its credit is adjusted to match.
  • Trade, wholesale and hospitality accounts are served under their own terms and do not earn House Account credit.
